Build your dial

Tap a position on the dial, then choose a CampLab film stock recipe for it. Then download them as filter files to copy onto your CS-Pro, using Camp Snap's own custom filter method. Positions you leave empty keep whatever is on the camera now.

    1Choose a recipe for STD

Previews show a real CS-Pro photo shot on STD, as each film stock recipe would change it on the camera. The camera can change colour, contrast and brightness, but it can't add grain, glow or vignettes.

    2Load your camera

    1. Download the filters: all at once as a zip, or one file at a time. Each file is named after its dial position, like std.flt.
    2. Plug the CS-Pro into your computer with its USB cable and switch it on. It shows up as a drive.
    3. Copy the .flt files to the top level of that drive, not inside a folder, and replace any that are already there. Keep the names lowercase, and delete any copies like std (1).flt.
    4. On a Mac, empty the bin before ejecting so no hidden ._ files are left behind. Switch the camera on: the film stock recipes load at start-up.

These are first-pass translations of the CampLab film stock recipes, matched colour by colour against the full versions on the Develop page. Camp Snap hasn't published exactly how strongly the camera applies each setting, so expect some film stock recipes to come out a little stronger or softer than the preview. To go back to Camp Snap's filters, delete std.flt, vtg1.flt, vtg2.flt and bw.flt from the camera. CampLab isn't affiliated with Camp Snap. Privacy charter
